Lindbergh

Lindbergh

Lay of the land

Lindbergh runs along the eastern slope of Buckhead’s southern edge, centered on the Lindbergh-Morosgo MARTA transit-oriented development. The area is dominated by mid-rise condos and apartments built since 2005 around the station, plus a smaller stretch of single-family bungalows on the residential blocks east of Piedmont Road. The Lindbergh / Morosgo TOD is one of Atlanta’s denser transit-adjacent developments.

What makes it different

Transit-first design. Most Lindbergh residential is within a 5-minute walk of MARTA’s Lindbergh station. Buyers here genuinely commute by train more than the intown average.

Mostly condo/townhome stock. Single-family inventory is limited and concentrated on a few specific streets. Most of the action is multifamily.

What to watch

Piedmont Road traffic. Piedmont is a major north-south arterial. Units facing it hear traffic; units even one block back are dramatically quieter.
