A boutique Atlanta brokerage

Smaller, on purpose.

Park Realty was founded in 2016 to do intown Atlanta real estate the way we'd want it done for ourselves. Two partners, a handful of agents, a few neighborhoods worked deeply. We grow by adding the right people, not more people.

Why we started

The firm we wanted to use ourselves.

John Morgan and Drew Jackson started Park Realty in 2016 because the brokerages they'd worked at, and the ones they'd hired, were either too big to know the streets or too small to handle a transaction well. We wanted a third option.

Smaller on purpose. Intown only. Every relationship starts with a partner. Every agent is partner-trained. Every neighborhood is a neighborhood somebody on the team has actually walked, eaten in, and closed a deal in.

Real estate doesn't have to be a transactional grind. A good agent reads a house the way a good doctor reads a chart: knows what's cosmetic, what's structural, what's a fixable irritation, and what's a hard stop.

We built Park Realty so that every client gets that read. From the first coffee through the closing table, and usually a year or two after, when you call us to ask whether your basement project is worth doing.

What we believe

Four principles we run on.

01

Truth before the pitch.

If a house is wrong for you, we'll say so. If your list price is too high, we'll say so. The relationship is worth more than any single deal, and most of our business comes from clients who remember being told the harder thing first.

02

Local, actually.

We work intown Atlanta only. We don't take listings in Alpharetta or Forsyth. The depth comes from saying no to the rest of the map.

03

Small by design.

We grow by adding agents who actually want to learn the intown market, not by hiring volume. Most of our agents have been with us for years. We hire slowly.

04

After the closing.

The transaction ends; the relationship usually doesn't. Most of our clients hear from us a year later with a comp check, a contractor recommendation, or just a check-in. We're playing a long game.

The two who started this

Founding partners.

Every Park Realty client relationship starts with one of them. They handle the first conversation, the strategy, and the hand-off if a specialist agent should take it the rest of the way.

How we work

Three habits that show up every time.

01

We start with a walk.

Before listing decisions or offer math, we walk the block. Honest opinions arrive faster on a sidewalk than across a desk. You'll see the actual sidewalks, hear the actual street noise, and meet a few of the actual neighbors before you spend a Saturday looking at houses.

02

We read the house.

Our partners have bought intown houses themselves. We tell you what's cosmetic, what's structural, and what's expensive before inspection, with realistic budgets and the contractors we'd actually use.

03

We stay after closing.

Most of our clients hear from us a year later with a comp check, a referral, or just a heads-up about something happening in their neighborhood. The transaction is the start of the relationship, not the end of it.
