Realtor Drew Jackson is a founding partner and owner of Park Realty in Candler Park. He chose to move his real estate career away from the large corporate owned national brokerage houses and create a more locale and personal brokerage. In 2016 with 2 partners he formed Park Realty as a local boutique brokerage that could service the needs of clients looking for realtors that are experts in the local market and have the highest level of quality in their services. As an agent and owner, Drew Jackson,  specializes in the Intown Atlanta real estate market and loves working with clients who are excited about the many opportunities and benefits there are from living in Atlanta’s great Intown neighborhoods. He’s a Candler Park resident and member of the neighborhood association, chairing the sponsorship committee for the annual Fall Festival.

Drew is a third generation real estate agent who grew up in Washington, DC. He’s spent many years living all over the U.S. including San Francisco, Seattle, and Brooklyn. He finally settled and decided to put down roots after discovering the wonderful Atlanta neighborhoods. He is a proud father and Intown homeowner and investor. He chose Intown because he knew clients interested in buying or selling within the surrounding Midtown and Intown Atlanta neighborhoods would benefit from his own personal experience, research and knowledge.

Drew spent years working in the internet marketing field including building websites, Search Engine Optimization and online advertising. He has also worked as a videographer / photographer in the real estate industry. This has given him the valuable skills it takes to make your home stand out from the crowd and give it that “Wow” factor. His background will also make sure that buyers are always a step ahead when it comes to getting the latest properties that hit the market.

Having lived and worked in real estate in Brooklyn and Seattle, he’s experienced firsthand the excitement and benefits of being in environments bustling from extensive revitalization. Now, being an Intown homeowner and investor himself, he is passionate and knowledgeable about the market and ready to put his knowledge to work for you.

He enjoys working with the buyers and sellers looking for residential, investment, and commercial properties, especially large tracts of land.

Walk first

Before any listing decisions or offer math, we walk the neighborhood and the streets you're considering. Honest opinions arrive faster on a sidewalk than across a desk.

Show the real numbers

You'll see the actual sold comps, not the curated ones. I'd rather lose your buy than sell you something I'd talk a friend out of.

Read the house

I've renovated three intown houses myself. I'll tell you what's cosmetic, what's structural, and what's expensive before we get to inspection.

Stay after closing

Most of my clients hear from me a year later about a comp question, a contractor recommendation, or a market check. The transaction ends; the relationship usually doesn't.
