Brandon Orth

Brandon M. Orth is a Partner and the Qualifying Broker for Park Realty. Brandon enjoys working with both commercial and residential properties. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Piedmont College, a Masters of Accountancy from Gardner-Webb University, and is currently working towards the completion of his MBA in Finance at Mercer University. Brandon is a real estate broker in the state of Georgia and has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.

After graduating from Piedmont College Brandon worked with a national corporate real estate consulting firm located in Atlanta were he gained knowledge of the real estate industry while having the opportunity to represent many companies including Fortune 500 companies. Brandon has worked on real estate transactions in over 20 states and has in depth knowledge of real estate markets. Projects have ranged from real estate consulting assignments in excess of $69 Million to lease transaction services for a Fortune 500 Company which included a portfolio of approximately 450 locations throughout the United States. He has worked on transactions in many different sectors including office, industrial, retail, land, and residential. Some of the companies that Brandon has provided real estate services for include Avon Products, Spectrum Brands, Sprout Foods and EmployBridge.

Brandon also spent some time as a senior accountant for a local accounting firm where he worked with both individual and corporate clients on various tax matters.

Aside from his passion in real estate Brandon enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as golf, saltwater fishing, running, and traveling.
