Chuck Hayes brings a unique perspective to Park Realty with over 22 years of experience as a General Contractor in the Atlanta area.  He has built some of the most innovative and prestigious homes, from the Buckhead and Alpharetta areas to Intown neighborhoods like Grant Park and Decatur. He is an Earthcraft Certified Builder, versed in the latest environmental building practices. His experience allows him to “know” your home and develop the project inside and out. Park Realty provides Builder Services encompassing land acquisition, site development, planning, design, construction, marketing, and sales.

Park Realty was founded in 2016 as a local boutique brokerage that could service the needs of clients looking for realtors who are experts in the local market and provide the highest level of quality in their services. The Park Realty office is located in Candler Park.
