Ormewood Park

Located just east of Grant Park, south of Reynoldstown and west of East Atlanta, Ormewood Park is a neighborhood that for many years has remained a hidden Intown Atlanta real estate gem. Initially developed in 1892, but not annexed by the City of Atlanta until 1922, the area has been significantly impacted by two World Wars and a series of initial revitalizations and then disappointing declines.
